What's the best thing about being in the business of music education? Making music of course, and there's no better place to learn, play, create and grow in music than the Music and More headquarters -- the Studio. Here's what we're listening to .... you can hear it for yourself at our Middle Sound Loop location in Wilmington, NC, or tune in right here ....
Wow! The Studio is really jumping today! And this finger-snapping, fantastic place also serves as our company's office, classroom, bandroom and orchestra pit. You can think about The Studio as your locally-owned and operated music store, too. So we'll lower the volume a bit. Because our friendly staff are about to meet with a group of students and parents to fit new instruments. We'll need to tune them up and review the supplies schools recommend for their music education program ...
... and our fitting session might include a lesson or two -- because the most important music accessory for new students is as much about the keys of learning as the key that makes harmony among the notes. And making music is about discipline and practice, right?
To that end, Music & More may be centered on music education yet extends the work to the play and the practice of the surrounding periphery. Our extension encompasses a fully-equipped rehearsal and practice studio. It's managed by the same friendly and knowledgeable staff that's dedicated to music education. We're committed to ensuring that every practicing musician finds the professional, creative environment they want in making good music, along with topnotch rehearsal equipment that even the most advanced musician needs.
About the Studio ... because we're more than a music store
The Studio is designed for our student musicians -- and maybe even yours, along with professional performing artists, bands and groups. Most block time reservations start at 2 hours, and are available only on a limited basis.

The Studio is ideal for practice sessions, rehearsing and teaching music. We offer instrument set up so you get the most out of your time with us. We provide an excellent PA system and studio equipment -- ad hoc or a la carte -- to meet the full range of practice and performance needs.
